2010 Penguin (Worthing) Mixed Field Hockey Festival
The festival is only -129 days away.
Are you ready for it?
"It's the most fun you can have with a hockey stick."
Festival 2010 Notices
The Festival committee would like to firstly apologies to any team that has issues at the 2009 Sunday night event. We've learned from it and this year we have a new venue (The Pier is back), the theme for the night is a Beach Party - tour tops and bad taste shorts are one of the suggested outfits.
For those that want to park at the Yeomans pub nearby will need to know that it is now a "Pay and Display" car park and anyone without a ticket or that have an expired ticket will be clamped - Penguin Hockey Club is not responsible if you get clamped.
During Saturday and Sunday there will also be entertainment in the marquee as normal. This year you can expect Karaoke/Disco/Open Mic on Saturday and a new band on Sunday.
Not long to wait now - are you ready?!
Thanks and see you soon

Mixed hockey festival information
Following a hard winter hockey season why not have a trip down to sunny Worthing for a friendly weekend of hockey and partying? Register now before it's too late!
The Penguin Festival has been going for over 30 years and during this time it has grown to such an extent that we now have to put a limit on the number of hockey teams the usually quiet Sussex town of Worthing can cope with - this usually means around 90 teams make up the festival. They come from far and wide to sample our hospitality, drink our beer and ...???
If you need any help let us know, otherwise come and enjoy our mixed field hockey festival.
